Garnet Notes  /  Good stories

The sake brewer who opened her kitchen to us in Kyoto

Editor’s note: Placeholder copy for a long-form WordPress post. The layout is the deliverable: readable measure, one strong hero image, no sidebar cluttering the story on mobile.

We were meant to be at a tasting room in Fushimi, but a wrong train and a hand-painted sign down an alley put us in front of a small steel door. What followed was not on the itinerary — and that is sometimes the point of keeping a human on the other end of the phone when plans slip.

The recipe here is the same for every page we ship: one column, generous line-height, and a consultant contact strip at the end (in the theme) so a reader can move from story to a real conversation without hunting the header.
