Garnet is not a faceless e-visa portal. Your consultant stores passport copies, previous visas, and journey dates in one place so applications match your actual flights and hotels, the way embassies expect them to line up.

Typical flow

From “thinking about it” to “cleared to fly”

  1. We confirm your routing and entry rules for each border on the itinerary (including layovers that need transit visas).
  2. You upload documents through a secure link; we pre-check for expiry, name spelling, and blank pages.
  3. We lodge what we are accredited to file; where only you can apply in person, we hand you a checklist and a calendar buffer.
  4. When the visa lands, it is linked to your booking file, so the airport desk and your consultant are looking at the same data.

Clarity

Fees, timelines, and your responsibilities

Government and embassy fees pass through at cost where applicable; our service fee is quoted up front in AED. Urgent and peak-season routes may need more calendar days than marketing pages suggest, we will not promise a date we cannot keep.
