What is needed to apply for a Dubai Visa?

Typical documents for tourist and visa-change packages. Your consultant will confirm anything extra for your nationality or route.

Visitor’s documents

  • Scanned coloured passport copy (bio page and last page)
  • Passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months
  • Scanned coloured passport-size photo (white background)

Guarantor’s documents

A guarantor can be a relative or friend who is currently working or resident in the UAE — the point of contact in case of emergency.

  • Scanned resident visa copy with minimum 3 months validity
  • Scanned Emirates ID copy

Use passport information on the official Smart Services ICA portal to look up residency or visa details.

  1. Visit Smart Services ICA for UAE tourist visa and Dubai tourist visa information.
  2. Select “Passport Information” to start the lookup.
  3. Choose either “Residency” or “Visa”.
  4. Enter your passport number and passport expiry date accurately.
  5. Select your nationality from the dropdown menu.
  6. Complete the captcha, click “Search,” and review your Dubai visa details, including expiry date.
